Gives me some cool Jojo vibes, but that incredibly enormous neck don't go too well with the manga type face

Nice anatomy and character design, but the shading and the way you paint totally destroys the artwork, if you could try out a more complex type of painting by playing with the layers and use more vivid colors, it would look fantastic.
